Frequently Ask Question
As a board-certified orthopedic surgeon specializing in general orthopedics, shoulders, and sports medicine, I treat a wide range of conditions including fractures, arthritis, rotator cuff tears, labral injuries, ligament sprains, tendon damage, and sports-related injuries. Whether your issue is acute or long-standing, a thorough evaluation helps determine the best path forward.
I specialize in the full spectrum of shoulder problems rotator cuff tears, shoulder impingement, frozen shoulder (adhesive capsulitis), shoulder instability, AC joint injuries, and arthritis. Treatment options range from physical therapy and injections to minimally invasive arthroscopic surgery, depending on the severity and your goals.
Athletes at all levels come to me with ACL and meniscus tears, shoulder dislocations, tennis and golfer's elbow, stress fractures, ankle sprains, and overuse injuries. My sports medicine approach focuses on restoring full function and helping you return to play safely — with non-surgical options explored before recommending surgery.
In most cases, a referral is not required you can book a consultation directly. However, some insurance plans may require a referral from your primary care physician. It is always a good idea to check with your insurance provider beforehand. We welcome both self-referred and physician-referred patients.
